General Human License

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any natural human being obtaining a copy of this software to do the following things:

Definitions

Natural Human Being

A “natural human being” is an individual that matches all the following criteria:

  • Born through natural biological human reproduction.
  • Capable of independent thought and decision-making.
  • Acting in their individual human capacity.
  • Not created, controlled, or operated by artificial means or other entities.

Examples of What Is NOT a Natural Human Being

  • Artificial intelligence systems or language models
  • Automated software, bots, or scripts
  • Corporations, organizations, or other legal nonhuman entities
  • Animals or other biological creatures that are not human
  • Clones or artificially created human-like entities
  • Cyborgs or humans controlled by artificial systems

Natural Biological Human Reproduction

“Natural biological human reproduction” is defined as:

  • Conception occurring through natural intercourse or artificial insemination
  • Gestation within a human womb for most of the duration of pregnancy
  • Birth by a natural human being

Examples of What Is NOT Natural Biological Human Reproduction

  • Laboratory-grown humans or embryos never implanted in a human womb
  • Cloning or genetic engineering to create human-like entities
  • Artificial or synthetic gestation methods
  • Synthetic wombs or artificial gestation
  • Genetic modification beyond natural variation
  • Artificial creation of human genetic material
